Spicerhaart appoints managing director of partnerships

Spicerhaart has announced the appointment of Giles Hart as its new managing director of partnerships.
Giles brings over 25 years of estate agency leadership experience, most recently as national managing director of estate agency at Connells Group.

Knight Frank announces new partner in its Exeter office

Knight Frank has appointed Joel Moore as partner in its Exeter office.
Moore joins Knight Frank with nearly two decades of experience in the property industry, specialising in Exeter and the East Devon market. Starting as a sales negotiator at Wilkinson Grant in 2007 he steadily advanced in his career, moving to agency manager in Topsham and the wider East Devon area and in 2024, sales valuer at Stags in Exeter advancing to associate.
In his new role at Knight Frank Moore will be responsible for residential sales across Exeter and East Devon. He will work closely with Hamish Humfrey of the Waterfront Country team as well as Louise Glanville and the rest of the Knight Frank Exeter team.
