The funding round was led by Expeditions Fund, with contributions from HCVC and Vsquared Ventures. The company plans to use the investment to scale its current product line, expand its engineering team, enhance research and development efforts, and grow its global sales and business development activities.

Using computer vision and machine learning, the company provides technology designed to support UAV operations in GPS-denied environments. Its solutions target public sector and defense applications and are integrated in partnership with various UAV manufacturers.
The company’s leadership team includes CEO Siim Maivel, previously Head of AI at Bolt; Head of AI Research Sergii Kharagorgiiev, former computer vision lead at Starship Technologies; and CTO Mark Cowan, who has experience as lead software engineer at Open Cosmos. The team combines expertise in aerospace engineering, autonomous systems, and defense technology.
