Copenhagen-based startup deepdots has raised €5.5 million in seed funding to further develop its AI platform for enterprise customer feedback analysis. The round was led by Dawn Capital, with participation from Maki.vc and angel investor Geeta Schmidt. deepdots provides a system that collects and analyzes customer feedback and other interaction data at scale, aiming to help businesses identify underlying issues in customer experience. The company plans to use the funding to expand its product development, scale its team, and grow its presence beyond its initial customer base, which includes Matas, NREP, and Culligan. The startup, previously known as Magic Feedback, rebranded to reflect a broader vision of connecting disparate data points across customer journeys.
deepdots is an enterprise software company building AI-driven tools to help organizations make sense of customer feedback at scale. Rather than relying on manual sorting or pre-defined tags, deepdots uses proprietary machine learning models to collect, analyze, and structure customer input—from surveys, support tickets, chats, and more—into actionable insights. The platform is designed to uncover not just surface-level complaints but the underlying issues affecting customer experience, enabling teams to act faster and more precisely.
Founded in 2023 by Nima Vali Rajabi and Francisco Arias, both of whom previously worked at Google and Humio, deepdots emerged from firsthand frustration with how hard it was to turn customer feedback into concrete decisions. The company integrates with commonly used tools like Intercom, HubSpot, and Zendesk, and is already in use by large enterprises across sectors such as retail, real estate, and utilities. With a focus on data privacy, automation, and practical insights, deepdots aims to replace fragmented feedback systems with a unified platform that can keep up with the pace of modern business.
