Ronald Ross Lettings and Estate Agents has formally launched operations from its new 1800 sq ft. office on the third floor of 3 Park Gardens, in the heart of Glasgow’s high-end Park Circus district.
The office layout comprises 20 workstations, reflecting the company’s expansion plan to recruit self-employed sales agents who will benefit from high-quality property sales leads while operating under the Ronald Ross brand.
The business, which began trading in January 2024, is founded and led by directors Kimberley Ronald and Robert Ross, who together bring a wealth of complementary experience to the rapidly growing agency. Together, they previously worked at a leading Glasgow-based sales and lettings agency for over three years.
Ronald Ross Estate Agents reports that it has already made strong inroads into the market, with a current turnover of £0.5m, aiming to reach £1m by December 2025 and £1.7m by December 2026 through a combination of organic growth and self-funded acquisition.
The firm’s core operations currently comprise 70% lettings and 30% sales, with specialist expertise in portfolio sales and estate work.
Director Kimberley Ronald leads the agency’s compliance, oversight, accounting, and lettings processes.
Robert Ross, an experienced estate agent, spearheads the company’s sales strategy with an added focus on UK based and overseas investors.
The Park Gardens office currently accommodates a team of seven, including the two founding directors, director Gregg Ross, and a team of four experienced lettings administrators.
With just over 100 rental properties currently under management, the company plans to double this by the end of the summer and has a medium-term ambition to reach 500 units under management within the next 18 months.
Robert Ross said: “Our mission is to redefine estate agency by combining compliance-led lettings with high-performing sales, both local and investor-driven. We are proud to launch from Park Gardens and excited about the journey ahead.”
Ronald added: “We are building a robust, ethical, and high-growth business rooted in professionalism and transparency – and our team, systems, and client base are growing faster than even we had hoped.”
