Knight Frank announces new head of sales in Queen’s Park office

Dylan Brooks

Knight Frank has appointed Dylan Brooks as head of sales in its Queen’s Park office.

Brooks joined Knight Frank five years ago and has led the core sales teams in Belsize Park and Hampstead, which he drove to record income during the last financial year.

In his new role in Queen’s Park, Brooks will be focused on boosting the firm’s local market share, working alongside Sarah Khalil to grow the active prime house market, collaborating with the London network and leading the team of negotiators. Alongside his main role at Knight Frank, Dylan also co-chairs Knight Out, the firm’s LGBTQ+ employee resource group.

Dylan Brooks commented: “Transferring all my experience from the Hampstead and Belsize Park markets, I look forward to working alongside our established team in Queen’s Park to strengthen our market share further.”

Chelsea Whelan, regional Ppartner at Knight Frank, added: “During his time at Knight Frank, Dylan has built a reputation for leading with energy and purpose, consistently delivering impressive results year after year. As a Queen’s Park resident, he brings not only experience but genuine local insight — a combination that will no doubt fuel continued success in this next chapter.”

Jonathan Shaw appointed to RICS Scotland Board

Jonathan Shaw

Jonathan Shaw, operations director at Harvey Donaldson & Gibson Chartered Surveyors, has been co-opted onto the RICS Scotland Board.

Shaw brings with him extensive experience in residential surveying and valuation, having worked across the Scottish property market for over two decades. In his role with Harvey Donaldson & Gibson – part of the Countrywide Group – he has played a central role in driving operational improvements and supporting professional development across the firm’s network of RICS-qualified surveyors.

His appointment is designed to support RICS Scotland’s strategic focus on quality, regulation, and leadership in the profession at a time of major change across the housing, valuation and infrastructure sectors.

RICS Scotland is the Scottish arm of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the internationally respected professional body responsible for setting and upholding standards across land, property, infrastructure, and construction.

Shaw commented: “We’re at a pivotal time for the surveying industry, and I’m committed to helping ensure that RICS continues to lead from the front in professional standards, innovation, and best practice across the built environment.”

Professor Norman K. McLennan, chair of RICS Scotland, added: “Jonathan brings a wealth of hands-on experience and respected leadership within the residential and valuation sectors. His appointment strengthens our ability to represent the full breadth of the profession in Scotland. I’m delighted to welcome him to the Board and look forward to his outstanding contribution.”

Alto appoints SaaS partnerships specialist

Stu Pick

Alto Software Group (ASG) has appointed Stu Pick as its new director of partnerships.

The move marks the latest hiring play for Alto following the announcement of Riccardo Iannucci-Dawson as CEO, and the recent arrivals of executive chair Derek O’Carroll and CRO Nick Shaw.

Pick brings more than 14 years of commercial firepower and experience – including senior roles at NetSuite, Brightpearl and Sage.

“Partnerships should be a growth engine — not a gatekeeping exercise,” said Pick.

“I’m here to build the kind of ecosystem that helps agents win,” he added.

As director of partnerships, Pick will lead on integrations, strategic alliances, and co-innovation opportunities that put partner success at the heart of Alto’s go-to-market strategy.

“Stu’s the real deal – strategic, commercial, and relentlessly focused on value,” said CEO Riccardo Iannucci-Dawson. “He knows how to build partnerships that move the needle, and support our customers. He’s a perfect fit for what we’re building at Alto.”
