P101, an Italian venture capital firm that Andrea Di Camillo created, attracted a commitment of 100 million euros for its Programma 103 that now has resources of 250 million (35 million from CDP Venture Capital Digital Transition – PNRR that allocates the money of NextGeneration EU programme) (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The fund attracted the resources of Inarcassa, ISP Group Pension Fund, Enpam, Compagnia di San Paolo, Azimut, CDP, The European Investment Fund, Cassa Nazionale di Previdenza e Assistenza Forense, Banco BPM, Banca Sella, UniCredit, and several family offices. Claris Ventures said that Claris Biotech II, a venture capital investor in Italian early-stage biotech startups, said it reached a first undisclosed closing ahead of a final target of 100 million euros (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The fund attracted the resources of CDP Venture Capital- FoF VenturItaly II, The European Investment Fund (EIF) and other firms and family offices. Pietro Puglisi, Ciro Spedaliere and Michael Hodges are the founders of Claris. Marco Marrone is the Chief Investment Officer of EIF. Simona Corno co-heads CDP Venture Capital – FoF VenturItaly II.
