A new estate agency has launched in London by Grant J Bates, previously of Hamptons.
Grant J Bates Property will primarily focus on the upper end of the property market in prime central London.
Bates, who spent 13 years at Hamptons operating across various senior roles, brings over 20 years of experience working in estate agency in London and overseas.

Bates also claims that he was one of the first agents to adopt social media for selling homes.
