Andrews Property Group reshapes executive team

Andrews Property Group has unveiled a strategic executive restructure, as prat of the agency’s growth strategy.
David Powell will transition to the role of chief executive officer, building on his 26 years’ experience within the industry.
Simon Cheetham will move to the newly created role of chief purpose officer and join the board. This position will leverage his experience as chief operating officer to spearhead strategy development and drive digital innovation.
Meanwhile, Jonathan Poole will become chief financial officer, building on his role as finance director.
James Taylor, chair of the board of Andrews Property Group, said “The executive has done a fantastic job moving the Andrews’ business forwards over the past twelve months. This restructure will support our upcoming five-year strategic planning process whilst also allowing the business to continue to thrive.
“Over the course of the year we will be further developing our plans to build on our recent financial turnaround and the Board is confident that this refined leadership team will lead the development and implementation of a strategy that will define Andrews Property Group’s trajectory for the next half-decade.”
Knight Frank bolsters London Lettings business

Knight Frank has bolstered its lettings teams across its South West and North, City and East London regions, appointing new lettings managers, Hannah Reason in its Islington office, Robert Lerner in Hampstead and Julia Slack in Battersea & Riverside.
In their new roles, they will be tasked with leading their teams and building the firm’s market share in their respective areas.
Reason returns to Knight Frank after four years. Throughout her career she has worked across various London markets, from South West to Central. She worked for Savills in Clerkenwell, after which she became acting head of department in Mayfair.
Reason commented: “I’ve always admired the firm’s [Knight Frank’s] professionalism and commitment to excellence. I am thrilled to be returning to work with the talented Islington team, it presents an exciting opportunity to be a part of a dynamic, forward-thinking team in a wonderfully vibrant location.”
Lerner has worked in the North London market since his career began in 2013. During his time at Savills, he advanced from junior negotiator to become a high performing prime and super prime negotiator and finally assistant manager in Hampstead.
Lerner said: “Joining this team combined with returning to Hampstead— an area which I am very passionate about, with over 10 years’ experience in— presents a fantastic opportunity. I look forward to building on our strong presence here.”
Slack began her property career in 2016 as a roaming negotiator across prime central London, before focusing predominately on Fulham and Chelsea for five years. She was one of the fastest promoted managers during this time, reaching senior lettings manager before her move to Knight Frank.
Slack said: “Living in Battersea, I’ve come to appreciate the area’s vibrant mix of amenities, alongside its blend of modern developments and period homes. It’s clear why interest and appeal in the area continue to grow. I look forward to working collaboratively with the team to drive even greater success.”
Gary Hall, head of residential lettings at Knight Frank, commented: “Following another record year for our lettings business, it’s fantastic to welcome this trio of leaders who bring a wealth of experience and energy. Hannah has returned to Knight Frank in an important leadership role, and I am equally delighted to welcome Rob, who I have known for 10 years, and Julia to lead key parts of our business. Loop Software announces leadership changes

Loop Software, a provider of estate and letting agency software, has announced key leadership changes.
Mark Bevan, who has served as the company’s sales director for the past three years, will take on the role of managing director.
In addition to Bevan’s promotion, Loop Software has appointed Mark Freeman as the new sales director. He brings over 20 years of experience in the software industry, most recently serving as sales director at Alto Software.
