White & Case advises CataCap and TP Aerospace on inaugural bond issuance under US$250 million framework

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised CataCap and its portfolio company TP Aerospace on the issuance of US$130 million floating rate senior secured bonds due 2030 under a framework of US$250 million.

Headquartered in Denmark, TP Aerospace is an aftermarket provider of wheels and brakes for airlines worldwide. The company has employees in offices, warehouses and service centres in Europe, the US and Asia. CataCap is a Danish-based private equity buy-out fund investing in mid-sized companies.

The White & Case team in Stockholm which advised on the transaction was led by partner Michael Bark-Jones and included associates Daniel Agnemyr and Jakob Matell.
