BeBeez will be the media partner of the Piccaia Golf Cup an event that the Italian artist Giorgio Piccaia promoted and that will take place between 25 May, Monday, and 26 October, Sunday (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The first match will take place in Golf dei Laghi – Varese.

The firms raised further resources through a securitization that Run Capital Partners structured.
French real estate asset manager Iroko Zen acquired from NPEs investor Bayview Italia a portfolio of three leisure structures in Emilia-Romagna that B&B Hotels is currently managing (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Christie & Co. business property unit acted as advisor to the vendors. Salvatore Della Cave is Bayview Italia Head of Real Estate. Carine Bonnejean, ISHC, is Christie & Co. managing director of hotels while Craig Millward, acts as director, corporate hotels. Market observers speculated that the transaction is worth 30 – 40 million euros.
Fondo Mi.To Real Estate, a vehicle that Green Arrow Capital manages, and Crea.Re Advisory signed a partnership with Cracking Art, a movement born in 1993 that has a strong focus on environmental and social engagement whose distinctive features are the big coloured plastic animal statues, for promoting art as a tool for urban regeneration in Milan and Turin (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Alessandro Di Michele, partner, is the general manager of Green Arrow Capital. Pierpaolo Fraudatario is the co-founder and ceo of Crea.Re Advisory. Paolo Bettinardi is the ceo of Cracking Art.
Sources said to BeBeez that Fondo Euripide – Generali Real Estate sold for 7.5 million euros the former Turin Court to Fondo Tematico Turismo Sostenibile, a vehicle of Banca Finint and Gruppo Savim (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The buyers will convert the building in Via Milano 12 into a 108 rooms luxury hotel that will be ready by early 2028 and have the brand Savhotel. Emanuele Prataviera is the head of Real Estate Investments of Finint.
Hines Private Wealth Solutions Europe (Hines PWS) appointed Eugenio Cicconetti as European head (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Cicconetti will report to Paul Ferraro, global head of Hines PWS. The manager previously worked as Global Financial Client Group for Schroders
The Hoxton, part of London’s Ennismore, acquired Florence-based Hotel Palazzo Ricasoli in Via delle Mantellate from Fondo Ricasoli, a vehicle that Fidera and Cedar Capital Partners subscribed and Kryalos manages (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The buyer will rebrand the asset as The Hoxton Firenze and create a 161 rooms boutique hotel. Paolo Bottelli is the founder and ceo of Kryalos. Fondo Ricasoli acquired the hotel in 2021 from Cosimo Bartoli, according to BeBeez data.
