eXp Realty has today announced that the firm has agreed a deal with Rightmove International, to significantly boost the exposure of eXp for sale stock across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

The deal will see all of eXp’s properties listed for sale across the EMEA region advertised on Rightmove International, ensuring that agents in each of these global territories can not only access domestic buyers, but can also maximise on interest from international buyers and expats.

According to the ONS, 79,000 Brits headed abroad last year and almost 300,000 people currently reside in Spain alone, having originally come from Britain, one of the largest expat communities after Australia, the US and Canada.

With growing demand across the United Arab Emirates in recent years, largely driven by those pursuing professional endeavours, there’s never been greater demand from British buyers looking abroad.

eXp’s global community of real estate agents already ensures that buyers and sellers can utilise the eXp network worldwide, with agents from each global territory also able to collaborate seamlessly via the eXp cloud network.

However, eXp’s latest deals with Rightmove International takes the firm’s global presence one step further, boosting the number of buyer eyeballs on homes listed for sale across the EMEA region.

The head of eXp UK and Europe, Adam Day, who features in the latest episode of Pass the Syrup (see below), commented: “Rightmove has become a dominant force within the property portal space, not just in the UK, but on a global scale and it’s one of the most trusted names for buyers in search of their next property.

“This includes British buyers, who form a significant level of market activity across a large number of eXp’s global regions, particularly the likes of Spain, France and Dubai.

“Whilst eXp clients already benefit from the global connectivity of eXp’s worldwide agent community, our partnership with Rightmove International will only provide more value to our proposition, allowing our agents to access an even greater pool of potential buyers when bringing homes to market.”

Is self-employed estate agency the future?
