
Hugh Maconochie has joined the Savills Private Office
Hugh Maconochie has joined the Savills Private Office to lead the firm’s Sports, Media and Entertainment team, alongside his existing role within the Savills Country House department.
The Savills Sports, Media and Entertainment team provides a discreet, personalised cross-sector service for individuals and companies working in these industries.
Maconochie joined Savills in 2011 and specialises in prime country house sales across the Chilterns and northern Home Counties.

Zero Deposit expands leadership team

Zero Deposit has announced the appointment of Dan Gittings as sales and partnerships director and Hannah Clarke as head of partnerships.
With a strong background in the property, insurance, and rental sectors, both Clarke and Gittings bring extensive experience to the team.
Gittings most recently worked as a sales director at David Phillips. Prior to that, he held senior roles at Endsleigh, Thistle, and Zurich Insurance.
Clarke, who has also worked at David Phillips, Zoopla, and Purplebricks, steps into her new role with a focus on delivering exceptional service, improving efficiency for agents and landlords, and ensuring seamless collaboration between Zero Deposit and its partners.

Brent Stojanovic joins LIM

Lomond Investment Management (LIM) has appointed Brent Stojanovic, a senior leader in the rented residential asset and property management sector, to the newly created role of managing director.
Stojanovic will oversee LIM’s existing client portfolio, which includes major names such as Lloyds Living, Hearthstone, Annington, and AEW and Home Holdings and a total of 4,000+ multifamily, single-family and PRS units under management across the UK.
In his new role at Lomond, Stojanovic will lead a talented team of 45-plus asset and property management, client finance, lettings, mobilisation, marketing, compliance and resident experience experts working across offices in central London, Manchester and Exeter.
His appointment comes as LIM consolidates its activities across the alternative residential sectors. This growth trajectory is further supported by Lomond’s new partnership investor, global alternative asset manager ICG, positioning the firm for continued expansion in the UK property market.
