Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised doValue S.p.A. (doValue) on the issuance of €300 million 7.00% senior secured notes due 2030.
The proceeds of the offering, together with the company’s available liquidity, will be used to fully redeem doValue’s existing €296 million senior secured notes due 2026 and to pay related fees and expenses.
The notes have been offered and sold pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S under the US Securities Act and have been listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and admitted to trading on the Euro MTF Market.
