Former Mr & Mrs Clarke duo Kara Flynn & Edd Holt join Moveli

Two former Mr & Mrs Clarke brokers, Kara Flynn and Edd Holt, have joined Moveli, the self-employed brokerage model.
With over 25 years experience in Warwickshire between them, they join Moveli inside the platform’s new ‘Teams’ structure.
The company, which doubled in size during 2024 (based on their increase in broker numbers) prides itself on their experienced network, with their agents having on average 18 years experience, and their upper market positioning.
Moveli’s co-founder Ben Littlewood, said: “Kara and Edd are both superb Warwickshire agents, and it’s great to see our brokers beginning to form teams on the platform. We’ve kicked off 2025 with a bang with half a dozen new starters, and we expect strong growth to continue throughout the year.”
Alex Mills Steps Up as Head of Sales & Lettings at Presence & Co.

Presence & Co. has announced the promotion of Alex Mills to head of sales and Lettings, following Sophie Meyer’s maternity leave.
Mills, who has been a key part of the agency’s sales and lettings team, steps into the leadership role with a strong vision for growth.
Having started his property career in London then moving to Hong Kong selling residential developments before joining Presence & Co., Mills has plenty of experience working in estate agency.
Mills said: “At first, I was flattered and incredibly excited. This is a huge opportunity, and I’m grateful for the belief the team has in me. My goal is to bring in new business, strengthen our foundations, and continue building a great presence in the market.”

INHOUS announces new head of London sales and searches

INHOUS has named its very own Hamish Bruce as the agency’s new head of London sales and searches.
Bruce started his career in the property sector in 2014, working as a sales negotiator at Marsh & Parsons. He later went on to work as a sales manager for the Brook Green office.
After almost seven years with Marsh & Parsons, Bruce joined INHOUS in 2023 as the Manager of Private Clients.
He said: “INHOUS has given me the opportunity to implement tailored solutions for buyers, property investors, sellers and landlords from across the globe.
