Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Quant AB (publ) on the successful consensual recapitalisation of the Quant group, a global leader in industrial maintenance headquartered in Sweden.
The recapitalisation included the exchange of Quant’s Swedish law senior secured bonds issued in 2018 for new senior secured bonds due 2029 and holdco participating debentures due 2040, as well as a debt for equity swap. In addition, a new guarantee facility and intercreditor arrangements were put in place as part of the transaction.
The White & Case team in Stockholm which advised on the transaction was led by partner Michael Bark-Jones and included partner Henrik Wireklint and associates Marcus Halling, Daniel Agnemyr, Carl Runesson, Siavash Saberian, Sara Sundvall, Ebba Wingren, Vilhelm Oxhammar and Emil Adméus.
