Your Move, one of the UK’s largest estate agency networks, has announced the opening of its newest branch, Your Move Torquay, under the Edward Rose Property Group (ERPG), owned by franchise partner David Vertannes.
The opening marks a significant milestone for ERPG and is part of Vertannes’ ambitious growth plan for Devon. The new branch launch follows the acquisition and rebranding of Team 2, a Torquay-based lettings agency acquired last summer with support from the LSL Estate Agency Franchising (LSLEAF) Assisted Acquisitions programme.
