The biggest white collar boxing event ever brought to the property industry, ‘Rumble with the Agents’, will return later this year.

The charity event, which will be hosted by Landlord Action’s Paul Shamplina, will take place at The Holiday Inn in Finchley Central, north London, on 19 June, and, for the first time, a second meet in Newcastle on 4 December.

Since its inception, ‘Rumble with the Agents’ has grown into a highly anticipated fixture in the property industry calendar, bringing together professionals for a night of white-collar boxing, networking, and fundraising. Over the past decade, the event has raised more than £164,000 for various charities, and this year’s anniversary edition aims to make an even greater impact.

The London event, taking place on 19th June, will be headlined by Total Property as the main sponsor and will raise funds for Centrepoint , a charity dedicated to supporting homeless young people. The Newcastle event, held on 4th December, will support local charity Legends on The Bench, founded by Spurs legend Micky Hazard to tackle mental health issues and prevent suicides through community support initiatives.

Michael Winehouse, Centrepoint’s head of relationship fundraising, said: “I’m delighted that Centrepoint will be supported by Rumble with The Agents for their 10th Anniversary Boxing Event. Last year, nearly 136,000 16-24-year-olds were homeless or at risk of homelessness. At Centrepoint, we are committed to changing this with a goal to end youth homelessness by 2037. Support from events like Rumble with The Agents enables us to take greater strides towards this mission, ensuring the young people we work with have access to the best possible support.”

Rumble with the Agents’ is now actively recruiting male and female participants from the property industry to step into the ring for both of these special anniversary events.

Volunteers will undergo a structured training programme, with sessions held at a local gym in Bushey for the London event and a dedicated Newcastle gym for the December event. Each bout will consist of three 2-minute rounds of white-collar boxing, with 300 property professionals expected to attend each event.

Paul Shamplina, founder of ‘Rumble with the Agents’, commented: “I cannot believe we have reached our 10-year anniversary of putting on ‘Rumble with the Agents’. What started as a simple idea combining my two passions, boxing and property, has grown into a staple event in the industry, raising an incredible amount for charities in need.

“Over the years, we have supported eight charities and built an event that blends fun, competition, and an amazing atmosphere. This year, we’re going bigger than ever – not only returning to London but also expanding to Newcastle to engage the property community up there.”

As in previous years, both events will feature a three-course meal, live boxing matches, auctions, raffles and lots of networking.  The goal for this milestone edition is to surpass the £200,000 fundraising mark, continuing to make a lasting difference to the charities supported.

For those interested in volunteering to box, sponsor and advertising opportunities, or purchasing tables to attend, contact           info@rumblewiththeagents.com or call 07956 414254.
