Dannielle Britt joins Xenia Lettings as head of lettings
Xenia Lettings has appointed Dannielle Britt as head of lettings.
Britt joins the agency with more than 15 years of extensive experience in the property sector, with dual qualifications in sales and lettings.
As head of lettings, Britt is tasked with streamlining processes and procedures to enhance team efficiency and collaboration.

Knight Frank boosts property management team
Knight Frank’s property management team has welcomed back Jennie Elliott as partner and regional client relationship manager. She returns to Knight Frank to head up the super prime property management team.
Elliott started her career in property management in 2001 in the prime central London market with a focus on the prime and super prime sector as her career progressed.
She now returns to Knight Frank and in her new role, will be heading up the team of property managers that specialise in super prime lettings in prime central London.
Knight Frank’s super prime property management team supports the day-to-day managing of all high-end residential property assets, retaining High-Net-Worth tenants, overseeing maintenance, and implementing Planned Preventative Maintenance Contracts.
Elliott commented: “With over 20 years’ experience in the London property market I have witnessed its growth and evolution. The Super Prime sector in particular now requires a much more tailored approach to property management.
“Expectations are high and my aim is to deliver the best service we can whilst building long lasting relationships with both landlords and tenants. North Residential hires new head of sales support
Jo Randall is the new head of sales support at North Residential.
Randall used to lead the residential team at Berwins solicitors and joins the estate agency to support sales chasing through to exchange and completion.
She joins North Residential with more than 33 years of property law experience working for firms across Yorkshire and was most recently a director at Berwins Solicitors for eight years.
Randall said: “The team at North Residential are committed to changing the narrative around estate agents and I am proud to be joining the business to support their ambitions to provide a unique and holistic service to their clients.
“In an ever-changing market, the need for professional sales progression to keep property chains together and secure successful sales has never been more important and, with so many parties often involved, communication is the key to success.
