xNova International, the Madrid-based market intelligence company for exporting businesses, announced the closing of a €1 million Seed funding round in order to achieve global data coverage.
The round was led by Abac Nest Ventures, with participation from Angels (the investment arm of Juan Roig), BStartup (Banco Sabadell), and other business angels and previous investors who reaffirmed their confidence in the company.
“At xNova, we are redefining how exporting companies access international markets, supporting them with data and technology in an increasingly competitive global market,” said Amado Villar, CEO and Co-founder of xNova International. “This investment will allow us to achieve global data coverage and continue our expansion efforts into other European markets.”
Founded in 2022 by Amado Villar and Miguel Ortega, xNova International is a market intelligence software platform for exporting companies. Through the analysis of millions of international trade data points, it helps exporting businesses identify opportunities and anticipate risks in global markets.
xNova looks to transform industrial export departments with its market intelligence software. Their platform helps businesses identify opportunities and anticipate risks in international markets.
Among its clients are leaders in key industries such as food & beverages and construction materials, enabling these companies to become more competitive and generate new business opportunities in their international markets.
Thanks to this capital injection, xNova will make a decisive leap toward achieving global data coverage—something they say is unique in the market. This will enable exporting companies to not only identify business opportunities with greater precision but also access potential clients anywhere in the world.
The xNova platform combines millions of international trade data points with cutting-edge AI and Big Data technology, providing a comprehensive view of international market trends and helping exporters make strategic, data-driven decisions.
Joan Pina, Managing Partner of Abac Nest Ventures, commented: “At Abac Nest Ventures, part of Abac Capital, we combine our operational and investment expertise to support B2B SaaS projects targeting the mid-market. We are intimately familiar with the challenges European businesses face when internationalising, and xNova addresses this critical need with a robust platform powered by AI and Big Data that delivers tangible value from day one.”
He added: “We are proud to lead this round alongside Angels and BStartup, reinforcing our commitment to ambitious tech solutions like xNova that empower exporting companies to expand with technology and maximise the return on their internationalisation efforts.”
