Modash, a Tallinn-based influencer marketing platform, today announced the acquisition of Promoty, a fellow Estonian influencer platform known for its CRM tools and focus on meaningful brand-creator relationships.
The acquisition follows Modash’s successful €11 million Series A funding round and continued growth, particularly amongst Shopify-based ecommerce stores.

Modash was founded in 2020, and is backed by investors like henQ and Change Ventures, the company has raised a total of €13.6 million to date. The platform aims to be a leading creator partnerships platform that empowers consumer brands to discover, manage, and scale their influencer marketing efforts globally.
Its search engine covers over 250 million creators, mapping the entire creator economy. With its end-to-end campaign management suite, and an in-platform payment solution, Modash facilitates brands to build and maintain successful partnerships. Used by brands like Birkenstock, Victoria’s SecretIkea and Notino, Modash is helping brands connect with creators and tap into the potential of the €241 billion creator economy.
Modash argues that partnerships are now essential for ecommerce growth, with 80% of marketers viewing it as key, but scaling remains a major challenge. Brands juggle multiple tools and manual processes to find creators, manage relationships, and measure results. This fragmentation particularly impacts fast-growing Shopify brands who need efficient solutions to scale their creator partnerships.
Founded in 2017 by Aleks Koha and Leonardo Romanello, Promoty’s platform is designed to streamline creator partnership management for brands and agencies. It offers a Trello-like CRM system that fosters meaningful, long-term connections between brands and creators.
The company has achieved traction in the Nordics, the Baltics, and Benelux, and has been used by the likes of Lyko, Freeletics, and Alibaba. With web and mobile apps for iOS and Android, as well as enterprise-grade features like white-label solutions and API integrations, Promoty encourages brands to manage their creator partnerships seamlessly.
