When we think of young entrepreneurs, names like Mark Zuckerberg, Matthew Mullenweg, and Steve Jobs often come to mind—visionaries who began shaping the world in their late teens or early twenties.

Zuckerberg launched Facebook at 19, redefining social networking; Mullenweg co-founded WordPress with the same age, empowering online publishing; and Jobs co-founded Apple at 21, paving the way for groundbreaking innovations like the iPhone. Other icons, such as Bill Gates (Microsoft), Evan Spiegel (Snapchat), Larry Page and Sergey Brin (Google), and Whitney Wolfe Herd (Bumble), made their marks in their twenties.

While these global success stories inspire, Europe has its own impressive lineup of young entrepreneurs making waves across industries.

From tech pioneers to sustainability advocates, this list highlights some of the continent’s brightest minds who started their ventures early and are shaping the future with innovation and determination – all who began and still are under 30!

From youngest to oldest

The company achieved over €3.5 million in sales in 2023, more than doubling its revenue from the previous year.
