The merger negotiations of Rai Way and EI Towers (a company of which F2i has 60% and MFE-MediaForEurope 40%) are gaining momentuum ahead of the creation of a two billion euros turnover company (see here a previous post by BeBeez). On 19 December, Thursday, the firms signed a Memorandum of Understanding that includes exclusive talks until 30 September 2025. Legance assisted F2i and Mfe. Italian TV broadcaster Rai retained PedersoliGattai.
Italian high-end furniture producer Flou acquired a stake in competitor IFO Italian Fit Out (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Massimo Castelli and Alberto Beretta founded IFO which has sales of 16.6 million euros, an ebitda of 2 million and net debts of 4.5 million.
Harcos Capital Partners (HCP), a financial holding that Salvatore Aurelio Rubino and Omar Uger Agiami founded, created Green Alliance out of the merger of Woodtechv(Daniele Rigamonti sold it), Ricci Pietro (Francesco Fabbri) and Interwest – My Fire (Di Sarno Family) (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Rigamonti, Fabbri and Pietro Di Sarno will hold operative roles for Green Alliance. HCP received assistance from Giovannelli e Associati, EY and OC&C. Woodtech Italia retained Equita Mid Cap Advisory – Clairfield International. Ricci Pietro hired Studio Consulenza Ravenna and Studio Cartwright-Pescatore. My Fire retained ntergroup, Scouting Capital Advisors and Legance – Avvocati Associati. Green Alliance, a platform company for the production and distribution of pellets, has sales of 100 million euros.
Koinos Capital acquired the majority of Lapi Plast, a company active in the field of computerised thermoforming of durable goods and industrial components, from even owners Vaifro Campanini, Piero Campanini and Lorenzo Baldi (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Dimitri Campanini, Lapi’s head of sales, invested for a minority of the target. Koinos retained Alpeggiani Avvocati Associati, Grant Thornton Financial Advisory Services, Efeso Management Consultants, and Horus Holding Advisory & Investments. Lapi has sales of above 12.5 million euros, an ebitda of 3.5 million and net cash of 0.18 million and hired Studio Legale Sutich-Barbieri-Sutich and F2S & Associati.
