Aboca, an Italian producer of food integrators and healthcare items that belongs to the Mercati Family, attracted a 50 million euros financing facility from Intesa Sanpaolo with the warranty of SACE (see here a previous post by BeBeez) . The company will invest such resources in its 2024-2025 business plan, R&D and internal digitalization processes. Aboca has sales in the region of 311 million, an ebitda of 60.1 million and net debts of 106.1 million. Massimo Mercati is the ceo of Aboca.
Equita Group signed a binding agreement for acquiring 70% of CAP Advisory, a debt and corporate finance advisory firm that Fabrizio Viola, Fabio Cassi and Matteo Pattavina created, for a 9X price-to-earnings multiple (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Equita retained Dentons and will pay two thirds in cash and one third in shares. CAP Invest received assistance from Advant Nctm.
