Quindi, an Italian provider of AI-based services for industrial processes in which Considi invested, raised seed resources of 0.525 million euros from Open Venture which appointed Virginia Filippi as board member (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Fabio Oscari (ceo), Simone Minto (cto), Luca Barbazza (coo), and Alberto Frison (Head of Growth) founded Quindi will invest such proceeds in its proprietary technology and organic growth. Gianni Dal Pozzo is the founder and ceo of Considi.
Italian B-Corp Foodpharm, a producer and vendor of diet food, raised 3 million euros from a pool of private investors with the support of Lawal legal & Tax Advisory (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Gianfranco Zippo founded the company that now belongs to Econ (47.5%), PI&AR (47.5%) and Enrico Pallucchini Wrede (5%).
The Italian Government allowed SIS (vehicles for simple investment) to fundraise up to 50 million euros (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Such vehicles can attract the resources of institutional and retail investors for supporting SMEs and startups.
