White & Case advises underwriters on Apotea’s SEK 1.64 billion IPO

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Carnegie Investment Bank AB (publ) and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ), as joint global coordinators and joint bookrunners, and ABG Sundal Collier AB, as joint bookrunner, on Apotea’s SEK 1.64 billion initial public offering (IPO) and listing on Nasdaq Stockholm.

Trading in Apotea’s shares commenced on December 6, 2024, and the IPO price was set at SEK 58 per share.

Founded in 2012, Apotea is Sweden’s leading online pharmacy with three million active customers. Since 2022, the company also operates in Norway through its Norwegian subsidiary Apotera.

The White & Case team in Stockholm which advised on the transaction was led by partner Johan Thiman and included associates Carl Hedström and Michaela Sandberg.
