Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised OCU Group on the best efforts refinancing of its existing unitranche and super senior revolving facilities, including a €530 million Facility B, £200 million Facility B, £75 million Delayed Draw Term Facility, £150 million RCF and £80 million Guarantee facility.
OCU Group is a leading UK-based utility infrastructure services provider and energy transition enabler. It provides end-to-end service offerings across the entire value chain in multiple regulated and critical end-markets including energy transition, telecoms, power and water. Triton acquired OCU Group in 2022 and the company has since grown organically and expanded through acquisitions, including the June 2024 buyout of Scottish energy transition business RJ McLeod.
