White & Case advises LFH Portfolio Acquico on major real estate acquisition from Peach Property Group

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised LFH Portfolio Acquico SARL on the acquisition of a real estate portfolio comprising approximately 5,200 residential units in Germany from Peach Property Group AG and the partial resale and re-investment into Globe Trade Centre S.A.

LFH Portfolio Acquico, a subsidiary of Luxembourg Finance House S.A., is expected to complete the transaction in December 2024. The purchase price is not being disclosed.

Peach Property Group, listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange, is a real estate investor focussed on rental apartments in Germany. Globe Trade Centre is a listed Polish real estate company based in Warsaw.
