Serviceform, a Finnish marketing technology startup, has secured €2.45 million in fresh funding. This round marks a significant milestone for the Finnish company, as it develops its all-in-one marketing suite tailored for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The investment was led by Virta Equity, with support from BackingMinds, Gorilla Capital, and angel investor Lasse Järvinen.
Serviceform’s platform simplifies marketing for SMEs by combining lead generation, customer management, and business automation into a single solution, eliminating the need for multiple tools and emphasising a smooth workflow. The company’s app suite includes customisable features like AI search, CRM, live chat, and analytics, catering to diverse use cases.
“I am very excited for what’s next for Serviceform. From the start, my co-founder, Jarkko, and I aimed to empower traditional businesses with technology that allows them to focus on their business and leave growth and technology to us. With Virta Equity on board and the backing from our main current investors, we’re in a prime position to continue our growth and become the category leader in our field. I’m very grateful for the dedication from our whole team and I believe we can do so much more to help our customers succeed,” says Iranthi Gomes, CEO & Co-founder at Serviceform.
With the new funding, Serviceform aims to strengthen its leadership in the automotive and real estate sectors while exploring additional markets. The startup has also reached break-even thanks to the €2.45 million, with tools now active on 4,000 websites across 25 countries and visible to 22 million people daily.
