Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised DNB Markets, part of DNB Bank ASA, Sweden Branch and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB as joint global coordinators, and Danske Bank A/S, Danmark, Sverige Filial, Nordea Bank Abp, filial i Sverige and Swedbank AB as joint bookrunners, on Sveafastigheter AB’s SEK 3.5 billion initial public offering (IPO) and listing on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market.
Trading in Sveafastigheter’s shares commenced on October 18, 2024 and the IPO price was fixed at SEK 39.5 per share, on which basis Sveafastigheter’s market capitalisation is SEK 7.9 billion.
Founded in 2014, Sveafastigheter is one of Sweden’s largest residential real estate companies. It owns, manages and builds properties across Sweden and has a total property value, including projects, of approximately SEK 27.5 billion.
