Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised German-Swiss mobility management software leader Shiftmove and its US controlling shareholder Battery Ventures on the acquisition of the entire capital and voting rights in French fleet management platform Optimum Automotive Group.
The deal represents Shiftmove’s first acquisition in France and reflects an ongoing digitalization of the European mobility market.
