Vilnius-based RegTech company AMLYZE has secured €2.35 million in seed funding to accelerate its next growth phase. AMLYZE provides advanced RegTech solutions for banks, FinTechs, and Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASPs), specializing in anti-financial crime technology, including transaction monitoring, customer risk assessment, and compliance screening. The company plans to use the funds to develop a cutting-edge cross-border information-sharing platform, leveraging AI and synthetic data to enhance compliance processes for financial institutions globally.
The seed round was led by Practica Capital, one of the leading venture capital firms in the Baltics. FIRSTPICK, an early-stage venture capital fund and accelerator, Coinvest Capital, a sovereign VC fund with a group of accredited private co-investors, including Gintas Balčiūnas, CEO of Dokobit, Donatas Dailidė, CEO and Chairman of DOJUS Group, and NGL, the Lithuanian business angel syndicate of 33 business angels, also participated in the investment round, along with international institutional investors such as Advanzia Bank, the European digital bank based in Luxembourg.
AMLYZE develops solutions for financial institutions, focusing on anti-financial crime compliance. Its offerings include real-time transaction monitoring, customer risk assessment, and tools for screening sanctions, politically exposed persons (PEPs), and adverse media. The company is also working on a cross-border information-sharing platform that uses artificial intelligence and synthetic data to improve collaboration and efficiency in compliance processes. AMLYZE’s services are designed to help banks, FinTechs, and Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASPs) navigate complex regulatory requirements.
