Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the initial purchaser banks, led by Goldman Sachs International and UniCredit, on CEME S.p.A.’s debut issuance of senior secured floating rate high yield notes with an aggregate principal amount of €360 million and entry into a new €67.5 million revolving credit facility.
The notes have been issued pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S under the US Securities Act and listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange’s Euro MTF market.
CEME S.p.A. is a portfolio company of InvestIndustrial, a global leader in the production of vibration pumps and solenoid valves.
