White & Case advises Loulou Group on sale to Barrière Group

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised high-end restaurant chain Loulou Group, along with its major shareholders and executives, on the sale of Loulou Group to the casino and hotel group Barrière.

Following the sale, the current management team will remain in place and continue the development of Loulou’ s venues and brand.

The White & Case team which advised on the transaction was led by partner Saam Golshani (Paris) and included partners Estelle Philippi and Valérie Ménard (both Paris) and associates Simon Martin-Gousset, Grégoire Berger, Claire Sardet (all Paris) and Zack Trumper (London).
