Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised a banking syndicate on TotalEnergies’ US public offering of US$750 million of 4.724% notes due 2034, US$1 billion of 5.275% notes due 2054, and US$1.25 billion of 5.425% notes due 2064, each issued by TotalEnergies Capital and guaranteed by TotalEnergies SE.
The banking syndicate consisted of Citigroup Global Markets Inc., HSBC Securities (USA) Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Mizuho Securities USA LLC, Santander US Capital Markets LLC and SG Americas Securities, LLC as joint book-running managers.
The White & Case team which advised on the transaction was led by partner Max Turner (Paris) and included partners Philippe Herbelin (Paris) and Chad McCormick (Houston) and associates Adrien Dumoulin-Smith, Jaime Lee, Quentin Pipieri (all Paris), Elizabeth Mapelli (New York) and Sadi Moradi (Houston).
