Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised GETEC on its €3.1 billion refinancing.
The new financing includes a common terms investment-grade platform with longer and diversified tenors, offering GETEC a flexible structure to support its expansion in both existing and new markets. The financing package has been provided by a diverse group of bank lenders and European and US institutional investors.
