Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Caisse d’Epargne et de Prévoyance Hauts de France, a member of Groupe BPCE, on the contemplated acquisition of 100 percent of the capital of Bank Nagelmackers, Belgium’s oldest bank, from China’s Dajia Insurance group.
The completion of the transaction is subject to the approval of regulatory and competition authorities.
