Trophaeum, the London-based real estate fund that Gabriele Cerrone, Ethan Berenzweig and Luigi Ferretti created, will transform the former Arti cinema in Milan into club-hotel Soho House Milano (see here a previous post by BeBeez). BLV-Belvedere & Partners advised Trophaeum Group, which bought the property for 34.5 million euros in 2018 with the support of direct lending fund Hayfin Capital Management.
Rhenus leased a 15,000 sqms space in the newly built logistics park in Castel San Pietro Terme (Bologna) (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The logistics park belongs to FondoGo Italia, a vehicle that Bgo underwritten and DeA Capital Real Estate manages. Rhenus also opened an office in Casei Gerola (Milan).
CDP Real Asset, a firm that Giancarlo Scotti heads, launched Fondo Nazionale dell’Abitare (FNA), a fund of funds that has initial resources of 100 million euros that CDP underwritten (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The European the Union’s InvestEU programme provided a 50 % warranty. FNA will invest in affordable social housing initiatives.
