White & Case advises Exponent on Kingsbridge Healthcare Group investment

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Exponent on its investment in Kingsbridge Healthcare Group.

The acquisition of Kingsbridge Healthcare Group represents Exponent’s first investment in Northern Ireland and its eighth platform investment on the island of Ireland.

Established in London in 2004, Exponent is one of the UK’s leading private equity firms, investing in companies headquartered across Europe with enterprise values between €150 million and €500 million.

Kingsbridge Healthcare Group employs more than 1,100 people and offers medical treatment and services in surgery and diagnostics from its four hospitals and 11 medical centres across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
