Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Ramudden Global, a Triton Fund IV portfolio company, on its acquisition of RSG International, a leading North American provider of infrastructure safety services.

The company was launched by Triton in 2023 following the merger of its portfolio companies Ramudden and AVS in 2020.
