Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the joint bookrunners on Eni’s US$2.25 billion yankee bond issuance.
The issuance consists of US$1 billion 5.5% notes due 2034 and US$1.25 billion 5.95% notes due 2054, issued pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S under the US Securities Act. Barclays, BofA Securities, Citi, Goldman Sachs International, IMI – Intesa Sanpaolo, J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Santander and Wells Fargo Securities acted as joint bookrunners.
