Ferrari Giovanni, an Italian cheese producer, received a 10 million euros financing facility (90% SACE warranty) from Intesa Sanpaolo for supporting its 16 million ESG investments plan for 2024-2026 (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The firm belongs to the eponymous family and Savencia Fromage & Dairy Europe (49%). Ferrari has sales of 157.5 million, an ebitda of 4.6 million and a net debt of 50.3 million.
Aeroporti di Puglia (AdP), the firm that manages the airports of Bari, Brindisi, Foggia and Taranto, signed a private shelf agreement with Pricoa Private Capital, part of Prudential Financial, for the issuance and placement of senior unsecured bonds worth up to 80 million US Dollars in the next three years (see here a previous post by BeBeez). AdP issued a first tranche of 25 million that Pricoa subscribed. UniCredit assisted AdP as sole placement agent. The company also received assistance from BonelliErede and Giuseppe Trisorio Liuzzi while Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld advised Pricoa.
Milan-listed Azimut and Muzinich & Co. raised 120 million euros for AZIMUT Private Debt Capital Solutions II – ELTIF (APDCS), a rescue financing fund (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Luxembourg Azimut Investments launched the vehicle that Muzinich & Co will manage. APDCS will support companies with revenues of atl least 50 million that are in temporary distress.
