Sten Olsson joins White & Case as a partner in Helsinki

Global law firm White & Case LLP has expanded its Global Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Practice and Global Private Equity Industry Group with the addition of Sten Olsson as a partner in Helsinki.

Sten advises international and Nordic private equity firms and corporations across multiple industry sectors on mergers and acquisitions, investments, carveouts and divestments. Sten brings more than 20 years of experience and joins White & Case from Hannes Snellman, where he was a partner and head of the M&A group.
