Germany-based CONUTI, a specialist in consulting and development of IT solutions, announced on Monday that it has acquired shares in Berlin-based powerdata, a provider of AI & IT software solutions and services for the energy industry.
CONUTI, a portfolio company of NORD Holding, together with powerdata, aims to take process flows in the energy industry to a new level.

Founded in 2019 by Vlad Hayrapetyan, Powerdata offers IT solutions in AI, integration, and analytics for companies.
The AI-based software solution “power:connect” enables immense savings in customer service.
The Berlin-based company provides support for a wide range of tasks, from onboarding and migrations to day-to-day business support.
The company currently works with more than 30 customers and partners. It has more than 60 SaaS solutions in production for efficient and scalable system and data integrations, as well as customer service.
“We are very pleased to be part of this successful group of companies to which we can contribute our AI expertise,” says Vlad Hayrapetyan, who will continue to manage powerdata after selling his shares.
NORD Holding: What you need to know
NORD Holding is a private equity asset management company in Germany, with more than €3B in assets under management and focuses on direct investments and fund-of-funds investments.
The direct business focuses on structuring and financing corporate successions, taking over subsidiaries, and expanding medium-sized companies.
On the other hand, the Fund Investments division targets the small-cap segment of the European private equity market and focuses on primary, secondary, and co-investments.
The company is currently directly engaged in more than 15 companies in Germany and German-speaking countries.
