Amsterdam-based AI startup Typetone has announced the launch of Sarah, a new digital AI employee specialising in content marketing.
Designed to tackle labour shortages, Sarah will contribute to developing and implementing content strategies at Typetone.
How does Sarah work?
When a company hires Sarah, it starts by giving her all its information. This helps her write in the company’s writing style. Sarah also gets connected to the company’s systems and is linked to news sources that matter.
This special feature lets her share new ideas with people she works with, like through Slack. According to Typetone, what makes Sarah different from other AIs is that she is not just reactive but can also do things on her own, like posting messages on social media.
In about ten minutes, Sarah can plan out content for the next three months. After that, she can create the content, pick images, and post everything on social media and newsletters without needing help.
Sjoerd de Kreij, co-founder of Typetone, says, “A digital content marketer primarily enables small to medium-sized businesses to become highly visible. For a few hundred euros a month, entrepreneurs can generate large volumes of external communication and compete with large corporations.”
“An added benefit is that this employee never gets sick or goes on vacation and is thus always available.”
De Kreij further adds, “We expect that within a year, digital employees will be part of every team. Nearly every company faces challenges in recruiting experienced staff, and this will soon be resolved.”
“The employees can start immediately, and chat and communicate with you like human colleagues. After Sarah, who is set up as a content marketer, more digital employees with different functions will be introduced in the short term.”
Brief about Typetone
Typetone is a startup that works with artificial intelligence (AI). It was founded in 2022 by Sjoerd de Kreij and Sam Baud. Currently, the company helps over 50,000 users. The main goal of the startup is to build an AI temp agency that only uses digital employees.
The Typetone team consists of entrepreneurs, innovators and passionate designers. “Together, we try to solve shortages in the labour market by making teams more efficient or even expanding them,” says the company.
