The Supervisory Board of Just Eat Takeaway.com, an Amsterdam-based online food delivery marketplace, has announced the nomination of Mayte Oosterveld as Chief Financial Officer and member of its Management Board.
Oosterveld will succeed Brent Wissink as Chief Financial Officer of Just Eat Takeaway.com, following Wissink’s announcement last year that he would step down at the company’s Annual General Meeting in May 2024.
Oosterveld is nominated as CFO of Just Eat Takeaway.com, pending approval at the May 2024 Annual General Meeting. Wissink will support the transition until December 2024.
Who is Mayte Oosterveld?
Mayte Oosterveld brings a wealth of experience from her role as CFO at PLUS Holding B.V., a Dutch supermarket retailer with an annual consumer turnover of around €5B.
With a background at Goldman Sachs and Ahold Delhaize, Oosterveld is recognised for her all-round financial expertise, including strategic and international experience.
Her skills in capital allocation, mergers, acquisitions, and corporate finance are anticipated to be valuable assets to Just Eat Takeaway.com.
