London-based Opinov8, a provider of custom software development and cloud and data services, reveals a leadership shift at Moqod B.V., a Dutch software development firm it acquired seven months ago.
Following the acquisition, Moqod’s founder and CEO, Slava Todavchich, departs in a mutually agreed decision, reflecting the organic progression of leadership roles within Moqod.
In his farewell announcement to employees and partners, Todavchich expressed gratitude for the journey that began in 2012. He credited his leadership for transforming Moqod from a collection of foreign freelancers into a top-tier company in the Netherlands.
Todavchich says, “I leave Moqod in the good hands of Opinov8.”
New leadership roles at Moqod
With the recent changes, Opinov8’s co-founders, Craig Wilson and Christian Aaen, will step into management roles at Moqod.
Craig Wilson will assume added responsibilities for steering Moqod’s strategic direction and overall management. Meanwhile, Christian Aaen will play a pivotal role in maintaining and advancing technical excellence and innovation within Moqod.
Wilson and Aaen say, “We express our gratitude for the foundation laid by Slava Todavchich and the Moqod team, and acknowledge the shared values and culture that will continue to drive the success of the company.”
