Infranity, a subsidiary of Generali Investments, attracted 425 million euros commitments for its fourth Senior Infrastructure Debt ahead of a 1.5 billion target (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The vehicle is SFDR art 8 compliat. Sacha Kamp is the head of Investment Debt of Infranity. Philippe Benaroya, Alban de La Selle and Gilles Lengaigne created the firm as part of a strategic partnership with Generali. At the end of 2023, Infranity refinanced IFT, a joint venture for the optic fiber sector that InfraVia and Iliad signed.
Redfish Listing Partners (RFLP, aka RedFish4Listing), a company that Paolo Pescetto and Andrea Rossotti created in 2021 for investing in pre-ipos and ipos of Italian SMEs, raised more than 9 million euros in equity (3.3 million) and debt (see here a previous post by BeBeez). RFLP issued bonds and convertible bonds. Thomas Avolio is the firm’s deputy ceo.
