Kryalos, the asset management cirm that Paolo Bottelli created, sold 4 asset that acquired in 2022 from Enpam, the pension fund of Italian doctors, for 120 million euros (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The assets are based in Rome and Milan. CBRE, M&A Sviluppo Immobiliare, Gianni&Origoni, FiveLex Studio Legale e Tributario, and Dentons advised for such a sale. One of the asset is a 4000 sqms, six floors building based in Milan’s Via Turati 29 with the LEED Platinum and BREEAM Very Good certification.
InvestiRE, the asset & investment management unit of Banca Finnat, said it acquired a Milan-based building of 8500 sqms on behalf of Fondo FIEPP for 25 million euros (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Sources said to BeBeez that Italian tech company TeamSystem is renting the asset. Dils assisted the vendors while Linklaters advised FIEPP. Domenico Bilotta is the coo of InvestiRE.
Polifin, the holding of the Bosatelli Family, raised to 100% (from 60%) its stake in industrial real estate developer Costim through the subscription to a 75 million euros capital increase and appointed Massimo Tivegna as ceo (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Polifin also raised to 100% its stake in Impresa Percassi. Francesco Percassi and Roberto Mangiavacchi, the previous minority owners of the targets, will act as advisors to the companies. Costim hired Davide Albertini Petroni as ceo and coo. and Carlo Mazzucchelli as cfo.
On 12 December 2023, Cantù Next and its temporary partners won the call for tenders of Como Province for the construction of Cantù Arena (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Cantù Next shareholders list includes Pallacanestro Cantù, Gallerie Commerciali Bennet, Bennet, Acinque Innovazione (part of A2A), Pichler Projects, MA.SI Group, Cobet, Nessi&Majocchi, and Consonnistrade. The construction of the arena may end in early 2026. Chiomenti, Marelli e Brenna Studio Associato and Claudio Vassallo assisted Cantù Next. Dentons advised Cobet and MA.SI Group. Brugger & Partner advised Pichler Projects. Bennet and Gallerie Commerciali Bennet received assistance from Alberto Viganò.
