Digital Mind, a Baltic business process digitalization specialist, will acquire Poland’s EIP Dynamics, a prominent Microsoft ERP solutions provider, financed by Livonia Partners. This strategic move aims to bolster Digital Mind’s capabilities, facilitating cross-border teams to serve large local and international clients in complex digitization needs. Anticipating approval in 2024, the acquisition positions Digital Mind as a significant Microsoft Business Applications champion across Baltic and Central European countries, intending further expansions in the CEE region. The integration of Alna Business Solutions into EIP Dynamics will be led by Marta Osiak, aiming to focus on individual growth in an international context while leveraging Microsoft’s ERP, AI, and cloud technologies for client benefits and employee development within the Digital Mind Group.
Digital Mind, founded in 2005 and initially started by three individuals, has evolved into an international company with offices across the Baltic countries and Poland. Committed to helping businesses digitize their operations, they specialize in enterprise content management, intelligent process automation, business cloud development, and ERP solutions. Their focus remains on sustainable, socially responsible business practices, using technology to reduce costs, boost productivity, and drive business sustainability. Partnering with OpenText and Microsoft, they serve diverse industries, aiming for mutual growth and long-term relationships with clients and partners, while prioritizing environmental impact in decision-making processes.
“We eagerly anticipate the synergies and advancements that this strategic move will foster for both companies’ teams, clients and stakeholders,” stated Rinalds Sluckis, CEO of Digital Mind.
“We are very pleased to support Digital Mind’s management in this transaction, and I know that this is just the beginning of their international ambitions. The demand for modern ERP system integration is growing rapidly, and after this acquisition more than half of Digital Mind sales will be generated from customers outside the Baltics. The company differentiates itself with specific industry expertise, which has ensured very high customer loyalty,” shared Ernests Bordāns, partner at Livonia Partners.
“In building EIP Dynamics’ growth strategy, I have always focused on people – building a longer table for them, not a higher fence. I believe that the further expansion of the company will focus primarily on the personal growth of individuals, but already in a more international context,” added Pawel Prasula, CEO of business management company EIP S.A, the previous owner of EIP Dynamics. “I am confident that the Microsoft ERP + AI + Cloud technologies will ensure further benefits to customers, translating into successful development of our employees within the Digital Mind Group.”
