White & Case advises Neste on €600 million green bond issuance under EMTN programme

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Neste Corporation (Neste) on its issuance of €600 million 3.875% green bonds due 21 May 2031.

Barclays Bank Ireland, Citigroup Global Markets, Crédit Agricole, OP Corporate Bank and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken acted as joint lead managers on the green bonds issued under Neste’s €2.5 billion English law EMTN Programme, established in early March 2023 with Citigroup Global Markets as arranging bank.

Listed on Nasdaq Helsinki, Neste is a global producer of sustainable aviation fuel, renewable diesel and renewable feedstock solutions for various polymers and chemicals industry uses.

The White & Case team which advised on the transaction was led by partners Mikko Hulkko, Jenni Nygård (both Helsinki) and Michael Bark-Jones (Stockholm) and included associates Helen Happonen (Helsinki) and Siavash Saberian (Stockholm).
